Winter weddings are becoming just as popular as summer weddings.  You can see why when you look at this gorgeous winter wonderland wedding with lots of DIY details from the feathery hair pieces to the reception decor.  We were so excited to get a call from this couple only a month before their wedding day when they re-thought the idea of having a friend photograph their wedding…

Their energy was amazing and their love for one another was truly inspiring.

Intro Photography Course – Vancouver Photo Workshops

Tim’s Intro to Digital SLR Photography class starts this Wednesday February 8th and runs for 9 weeks.  Pick from one of two time slots: 2-5 pm or 7-10 pm.  This class is perfect for anyone who is new to photography and for those of you who want some help mastering the basics.

1st Place – Professional Wedding Photographers of Canada

We’re sooooo excited and honoured to have had one of our favourite images selected to win 1st place in the Ceremony category of PWPC’s Wedding Photography Contest.  You can see more from this wedding on our blog and featured on Lucy Dylan Weddings.

Whistler Wedding – Bride Getting Ready

I love this part of the wedding day!  The bride hanging out with all her close friends, the nervous energy, the excitement and the anticipation of what’s about to happen…Sometimes it can get pretty chaotic.

We love seeing the dress for the first time and all the details – shoes, flowers, jewellery.  And before you know it, it’s time to head off to the ceremony!
