I'm so excited to launch my latest genre of photography. I'm calling it the "un|portrait". I want to document people doing real things, unscripted and unposed. It's taken me a bit of time to figure out what I really love about photographing people, which photos I'm drawn to and what I really want to do. Leo – Colour or B&W?
Leo – Colour or B&W?
This is my adorable little nephew.  I absolutely love him to bits!  I got this shot recently and I'm torn between the colour version and the black & white one. I love the colour one for the obvious reason - his gorgeous blue eyes!  But I'm also drawn to the B&W version because the colour of his shirt and the dog bowls in the background are less distracting (yes, he might have gotten into the dog's food...) Where have we been?
Where have we been?
Busy!  Not so busy that we can't keep up with our clients, but busy enough that our poor blog has been grossly neglected. So you might be wondering why this summer has been crazier than usual...For one thing, my little sister had a baby and I can't get enough of my new little nephew!  My sister's my best friend and she lives just up the street so I try to see them every day if I can.
